At Despo Design, we offer custom-made T-shirts, mugs, mouse pads, and other unique, personalized gifts. Each item is made to order with your chosen design.

2. How does the customization process work?

Simply choose a product, upload your design, photo, or text, and place your order. We handle the printing and shipping to your doorstep!

3. Can I use my own images or logos?

Yes, definitely! You can upload your own photos, artwork, or business logos. Please ensure your files are high resolution for the best printing results.

4. What file types do you accept for designs?

We recommend high-quality PNG, JPEG, or SVG files. If you’re unsure, just reach out—we’re happy to guide you.

5. How long does it take to receive my order?

Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Since all items are custom-made, we can’t modify orders after that window.

7. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
